The shrine of Sungnyungdaegun

Sungnyungdaegun is the 4rth son of the 3rd King Taejong of the Joseon Dynasty and the mother is Mrs. Min, Queen Wonkyung and married the daughter of Jwachansung Uk of Changryung Sung family.

He was rewarded as Sungnyunggun early and was Daegun in the year 14 of King Taejong reign(1414), he was loved by the King for his brightness and clean attitude.

However, he was up on the court rank of Daegwangbodaeguk but died of measles in the age 14.

King Taejong was very sad and built a Daejaam nextto the tomb and wished him happiness in the other world.
