It is the one of representative cultural festivals in Goyang city to suceed the spirit of Heangjudaecheop (battle in Haengjusanseong fortress) to the next generations that overwhelmed the Imjinwaeran (Japanese Invasion of Korea in 1592) and to develop the ancestors beauty and knowledge into new civil spirit. Gwon Yul Dowonsu (commander during a war) Victory Street Festival, National Archery Competition, Music Festival, Outdoor Banquet, and many other events. It starts from the end of September to the beginning of October in every year.
