Goyang is trying to expand various types of day care, child care,services educational facilities and trying to provide various events, programs for children by age levels through information literacy program, work-study program and foreign language program so that children can grow up to be the best.

Goyang supports to develop teenase culture through events and programs like cartoon festivals and theme trips. Also, it supports 'Youth Cultural House' of street culture and education center for youth.
